4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price. We reserve the right to cancel appointments if deemed necessary, including for safety or health reasons.
